6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I3MFG shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on rendered images, conceptual visuals, digital staging, or AI-assisted imagery.

This includes, without limitation:

• Construction errors
• Design misinterpretations
• Project delays
• Cost overruns
• Material selection decisions
• Color or finish expectations
• Third-party claims

If liability is imposed by law despite this limitation, total liability shall not exceed the lesser of $100 USD or the amount paid to I3MFG for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All renderings, digital models, visual compositions, and staged environments are proprietary to I3MFG and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Updates and Modifications

I3MFG reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any rendering or visual content at any time without notice.
